Library Guidelines

The library is a place of learning, discipline, and knowledge enrichment.

The decorum of the library must be maintained at all times.

Each pupil is entitled to issue one book for one week.

Strict silence shall be observed in the library and reading room.

Students keeping books beyond the permitted time will be fined Rs. 1 per day.

Any damage caused to a borrowed book must be compensated by the borrower. Students should inform the librarian about any existing damage before borrowing.

Each pupil may borrow one book at a time, while teachers may borrow two books for a period of 15 days.

Periodicals, dictionaries, guides, and costly reference books shall not be issued outside the library.

The issue of books may be suspended at any time by the order of the Principal.

Books should be properly wrapped and handled carefully.

All books taken from the library should be returned two weeks before the examination.
